Sazón offers a variety of programs ranging from one hour cooking classes on local specialties to week-long culinary packages.  Culinary packages will combine hands-on cooking history and culture of central Mexico ranging from trips to the local market, dinners in private homes and exclusive candlelit tours of historic buildings.
